Files are posted as the City or the publisher served them, with a few exceptions, each labeled: screen captures of web pages (the notices, the permit portal, the building owner’s page); emails printed to PDF from the message; and two small excerpt images of plan tables. On the author’s own email, his address is removed and the recipient lists are left out. On the permit portal capture, two private owners’ names are blacked out.
The SHA-256 listed for each file is the hash of the file in this folder. For the three July emails, the hash of the City’s mail file as produced is listed too, so anyone who requests PRR-2026-1082 can compare. Anyone may request any City record at [email protected].
This page states what public documents show; it alleges no wrongdoing by any individual.
