These are the City’s files, unaltered, with two exceptions: on one Form 8B the street line of the mailing address is blacked out, and the two January 29, 2026 emails, which the City produced only inside its mail file, are posted as PDF printouts of the messages with a personal email address blacked out. The SHA-256 listed for each file is the hash of the file exactly as the City produced it, so anyone who requests the same record can confirm it matches.
The mail file itself (PRR-2026-1082) is not posted, because it holds private residents’ correspondence; its hash is listed with each email so anyone can request the same file and compare. Anyone may request any of these records, and the rest of each production, from the City at [email protected].
